General Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, but fair, cancellation policy. Booking a rental with AWake Rentals constitutes entering a contractual obligation to reserve use for equipment during your reserved timeframe. Other renters are turned away because of this, and cancellations leave a gap that is difficult to fill and restrict use to others who wished to use our equipment during the same timeframe.
Please be sure you can rent during the time you request. Making a booking with us constitutes your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
 
Refunds
  • Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the rental
  • Full refund (minus 10% to cover fees) if cancelled at least 14 days before the rental
  • Half refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the rental. 
  • No refunds if cancelled less than 7 days before the rental. 
 Rebooking
  • If rebooking at least 7 days before cancellation, we will offer one complimentary rebooking for a day in the same rental season.
  • If rebooking less than 7 days before cancellation, there is a $200 rebooking fee.
For Holidays and Seafair
  • No cancellations. No rebookings.
