FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Normal wear and tear is expected as well as occasional debris getting pulled into the impeller. These items are factored in as part of our rental costs and are covered as part of your rental in order to maintain our equipment to a like new standard for all our customers.
As part of your rental, a $500 hold on your credit card will be required at time of rental to ensure coverage for any negligent damages that might occur during your rental period. These can include damages from colliding with another jet ski, negligent beaching/docking of equipment in a destructive manner, failure to follow safety and uprighting processes as outlined at the beginning of the rental period, or operating the equipment in any manner not consistent with its intended use. That hold is fully refundable at the end of your rental period if no damages were found in our post-use inspection of the equipment.
*Please Note: While we require a $500 hold as part of the rental agreement, you remain liable for any costs that exceed the $500 hold amount for all negligent damages that result during your rental period. $500 is not the limit of your liability, so please help us keep our equipment damage-free and ready for all to enjoy.
